Professional Experience

Minnesota Judicial Branch – Hennepin County Government Center

Court Administrative Manager April 2022-Present

  • Handle the day-to-day facility operating matters with Judicial Officers and collaborate with stakeholders on long-range planning.

  • Lead remodeling efforts for district court, authorize purchases and coordinate maintenance and facility improvement projects.

  • Supervise several administrative staff who oversees requests from over 600 employees from six different courthouses in the fourth district.

Project Manager – Civil, Probate, and Mental Health July 2020–April 2022

  • Manage projects for the Civil and Probate Mental Health Divisions to meet expectations and deadlines for internal and external stakeholders

  • Serve as Content Manager and SharePoint site administrator for shared division pages, making sure information is accurate, current, accessible, and meets stakeholder needs

  • Develop and compile statistical reports and provide additional administrative support to division leaders to aid in the effective management of the divisions

Calendar Clerk April 2018–July 2020

  • Review judicial time-off requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with rules

  • Coordinate scheduling of Interpreters, courtrooms and other court related resources

  • Ensure accuracy of court calendars daily using the calendar functions in the Minnesota Court Information System (MNCIS)

  • Promote and educate judges and staff on current policies and practices through effective and positive communication

  • Assist in preparation of periodic statistical reporting

Volunteers of America MN – Residential Reentry Center

  • Case Manager September 2017–April 2018

  • Responsible for the control, supervision and accountability of 10-18 male felony-level Federal offenders

  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly progress reviews with all residents to set and monitor progress on reentry goals based on residents’ individual needs

  • Maintain updated files on all residents including court documentation, correspondence with the Bureau of Prisons and United States Probation, and any other relevant information

  • Correspond regularly with United States Probation Office and Bureau of Prisons regarding residents’ status

  • Provide appropriate informal or formal discipline for residents in violation of program rules
